JAYCE LANDBERG: LATEST NEWS

Jayce Landberg drummer Jens Bock was involved in a serious accident that occurred on the 9th of April. During a country side hike outside Stockholm, he reportedly fell into icy waters when the wooden tree trunk he was walking on broke under him. Bock fell onto the frozen ice underneath. The relatively thin ice broke under his weight. His entire body was immersed into the six meter deep lake, and unable to swim properlly and gain the shore, Bock nearly faced cardiac arrest and hypotermia. He nearly drowned as he struggled to remain above the surface. Eventually, under the eyes of his fellow hikers who were unable to help, he managed to reach the shore by himself which laid roughly 10 meters away. Although he was shocked by the event, Jayce spoke to him today on the phone and assures everyone he is now doing alright and sustained no serious injuries. We are all very grateful he made it out of this ordeal alive and wish him to recover very fast.

Jayce Landberg will be included in the upcoming Encyclopedia of Swedish Hard Rock and Heavy Metal, Volume 3. More news will follow upon release.

"The Thorns" directed by Patric Ullaeus (uncut version featuring the song "Skyscraper" as an intro).

After a 2 month gap, Jayce Landberg's official website has now changed from www.jaycelandberg.comm to www.jaycelandberg.com

Jayce will shoot two new music videos with grammy awarded director Patric Ulleaus who has directed videos for artists such as Ace Of Base, Europe, Lutricia Mc Neal, Rednex, In Flames and many more.

The two songs that have been chosen are "The Thorns" and "Skyscraper" both taken from Jayce's last album Good Sleepless Night. The videos will be shot in August.

Don't forget to check out tomorrow's show (July 16th) where Jayce will be radio presenter and present some of his favorite songs at 15:00 & 21:00 Central European Time (9 am & 3pm EST, New York City time).

Jayce has been invited to be radio presenter on Metal Express Radio where he will play some of his favorite songs from other artists and comment on the influence they had on him. After the show, the radio will play over 30 minutes of music from Jayce's latest album. In the past, the show has been hosted by artists like John 5 (Marilyn Manson), Don Dokken (Dokken), Bjorn (In Flames), Glenn Hughes, Udo Dirkscheider (Accept) etc..

The show is due on July 16th 2010.
